Great locations, only 3 stops away from Duomo, friendly staff speaking english and french. Big comfy room, spotlessly clean, kettle in the room for tea. Perfect for a short stay in Milan. Highly recommended.

The location of this hotel was perfect for exploring the city, as it was right in the bustling shopping area and just steps away from the metro station. The cleanliness of the room was spot on, with pristine white bed sheets and towels. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and provided great recommendations for coffee and restaurants, as well as arranging taxis and helping with our itinerary. The free WiFi was fast and reliable, which was a bonus.

Nothing that I didn't like.

I liked the location and also the architectual style of the building.

We had the 'Grande' room, and it was like a small apartment, with a lounge, kitchen, further sitting area, bed area and bathroom. Spacious feel. Metro stop just outside, so very convenient; large park opposite; couple of nice coffee shops close by.

The location is perfect close to the city centre, next to a metro stop and thre is a direct tram to the central train station. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well appointed and clean. They have been sound prrof as well as you can't hear the traffic even though the hotel is on a main road.

The wifi is so slow that you might as well not have it. The breakfast is poor and certainly not worth 10 euro. You would be much better off going to one of the cafes.

Wifi is too slow & convienent for business traveller !! It can't be sloved during my stay in Milan, though I ald complained it to the hotel.

Great location near restaurants and coffee shops. The room was bright and mostly clean. I loved the convenient coffee machine in the room. The staff at check-in were warm and friendly. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.
